Refund policy

Digital downloads are final sale

Everything we sell is a digital product: Canva templates, React website templates and Framer code components. Files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind or for buying the wrong item. Please read the product page and try the free preview or Lite version first when there is one.

When you get a full refund

Within 14 days of purchase, we refund the full price if:

• The file is defective. It won't open, is corrupted, or is missing parts listed on the product page, and we can't send you a working replacement.
• You were charged twice. You paid more than once for the same product by mistake.
• You never received it. The download link didn't arrive and we can't deliver it.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@brandingupstudio.com with your order number, the email you used at checkout, and what went wrong. We usually reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Purchases on other platforms

Components bought on the Framer Marketplace and items bought in our Etsy shop are processed by those platforms under their own refund rules. Contact us anyway and we'll help you sort it out.

No physical returns

We don't ship physical goods, so there is nothing to send back and no return shipping cost.
